About Ads

Unlike some free WordPress platforms, ItsAPundit allows you to have ads on your blog.

Some free platforms, including WordPress.com, do insert small, unobtrusive ads onto their blogs. But they don't allow you to run ads.

We're different. We feel that it's your blog. And you should be able to run ads if you want.

For security reasons, WordPress MU (that's the software we use) doesn't allow JavaScript to be inserted via text widgets. However, we have included widgets for BlogAds and Google AdSense. Additionally, we provide a widget for PayPal donations. Simply enter the appropriate information, and the widget takes care of the rest.

Some advertising affiliations use standard HTML code. And you can certainly use those.

While those are the only methods we're currently offering, we're looking to increase that. After all, any way you can make money on your blog is a benefit to you.

In return, we reserve the right to insert a single ad on a blog page. You knew there was a catch, didn't you?
