Shut Up, Don Imus!

This time Don Imus just went too far. Even for a huge Imus fan like moi, the I-man's latest indiscretion is over the top.
I refer to the truly stupid, irresponsible, and insensitive blather that came out of Imus's mouth as he groveled before Reverend Al Sharpton on Monday.
Apologizing to an anti-Semite, racist hate monger like Sharpton is far more offensive than I-Man's funny comment about the "nappy-headed ho's" who play basketball for Rutgers.
As a result of his outrageous and reckless apology, the I-Man should be forced from the airwaves and tucked away in an assisted living or rehabilitation center for the elderly.
Get this wild man and his intemperate mouth off the air and out of the public spotlight before something truly awful happens.
Anyone foolish enough to tune into Imus with the expectation of being entertained with anything but caustic, non-politically correct, double-barreled, take no prisoners satire is a nappy-headed moron who deserves to be offended. Big time.
Don Imus has said more insulting things about the president of the United States, with the president sitting 10 feet away!
Here is hoping that PC stupidity does not turn "Imus in the Morning" to "Imus in the Mourning!"

I'm sick of Sharpton and Jesse and their quest to save……oh, I'm just sick of them period! Look who's talking! We used to watch Imus and he was always slamming someone! He was sometimes funny and always irritating!

The groveling by the left to the far far far racist left is so sickening - but if we are not careful, this is what they want for everyone; to bow and scrape to the terrorists, not just the overly offended in this country.
Imus is a joke, just like Rosie; both entertainment idiots that can't make any money without pandering to the hate mongering left — they get what they give. If Imus isn't man enough to stand up to Sharpton; then he deserves what he gets.

John, I thought of something funny–I think! Imus said something about the South that really ticked me off a couple of years ago and I fired off an email and said as ugly as they were (Men in studio) they wouldn't need to look for Halloween costumes! Must've been close to Oct 31st! HA Do you think I hurt their feelings? Doubt it!

Bama–I don't think they are very sensitive.
But seriously: Imus has been VERY edgy for years. He said some things about oral sex that had people like Cookie Roberts running for cover.
But he was younger back then and could get away with stuff–now he is seen as a withered old has been.
I saw Imus live in San Jose a few years ago. He said, "I see there are still plenty of out of work Mexicans roaming around in San Jose!" or words to that effect.
I have always enjoyed his take no prisoners, slashing wit/
